March Red Mill Open Won By Clyde Martz Of Pittsburgh
Clyde Martz of Pittsburgh
won his second Red Mill Open Championship by defeating Albert Zadroga of
Elizabeth in a sudden death play-off.
Al, although not throwing since last September, managed to win his
respective section and average a comfortable 77% ringers.
Class B was captured by a
newcomer, Vince Sedlacek of New Kensington, Pa., with Albert Booth placing a
strong second.
Class C was won by one of
the most sparkling personalities in the horseshoe game, Dean Mayes, of Pine
Grove Mills, Pa.
