January Red Mill Invitational Won By Frank Kilinsky

 

    Frank Kilinsky won the play-off match against Buck Engle to capture the Class A title of the January Red Mill Invitational Tournament held at Washington, Pennsylvania, pitching a ringer average of 75.5%.  Buck Engle was runner-up with a percentage of 78.3%

    Class B champion was Clyde Martz, whose 72% topped the field in that division.  Runner-up in this Class was Pete Sowa, whose average was 67.9%.  Class C ended in a two way tie between Carl Nagode and Andy Ponick, with Carl winning the play-off, compiling an average of 60.4%, while Andy’s average was 54.6%.  Also ending in a two-way tie was Class D, with Nick Wohar winning over George Combs in the play-off.  The playoff winner in Class E was N. Ealy over C. Ealy.
