Harold Reno Wins 1958 Eastern National Title

 

          Harold Reno of Sabina, Oh won the 1958 Eastern National title with a record of 16 wins and 1 loss at the Rainbow Garden courts at Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania.  His only loss came at the hands of James Ohler, Pennsylvania state champion from nearby Scottdale, Pennsylvania, by a 52-33 score.  Ohler pitched 82.9% and Reno pitched 76.5% in this game.  The highest percentage game was also turned in by Ohler against Al Zadroga of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, when he turned in a 90.5% game.  Kelly, of Detroit, Michigan, won the B title with a record of 6 wins and one loss.
